Instructions
Brown sausage and cut, set aside.Sautee onions on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, add garlic and peppers, continue to Sautee for another 2-3 minutes. Add oregano, basil and ¼ cup wine or stock. Add sausage and Sautee for 3-7 minutes (Optional) add tomato sauce too coat (about 1 cup) then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until sausage is cooked (About 15 minutes) uncover and cook for 5-10 minutes. Or pre-heat oven to 350 place covered pan in over and cook for 15 minutes, then uncover and cook for 5-10 minutes longer.(Optional) add tomato sauce too coat (about 1 cup).Make your own sauce recipe here
